Pumpernickel Boule

Pumpernickle is a slightly sweet, dense rye bread made with sourdough starter and coarsely ground rye flour and grains. It’s rich and tasty and the “boule” (“ball” in French) version makes a perfect dip bowl when hollowed out. Try it with your favourite Spinach Dip recipe! (390 grams)
